Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "Platform" refers to the fubo088 website and all services offered on it. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers or uses fubo088 services. "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a player to access the platform.

"Terms" means the entirety of this terms and conditions document together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy and any game-specific guidelines published by fubo088. Where there is a conflict between those documents, this main terms and conditions document shall apply.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use fubo088, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Register only one account in your own name. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Provide accurate, complete and verifiable personal information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address.

fubo088 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within the specified period may be temporarily suspended or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

fubo088 accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum amount per deposit is RM20 and the minimum amount for withdrawal is RM50, regardless of the method chosen.

All withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved, subject to required security checks. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same player's name to reduce financial risk.

fubo088 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges that are beyond fubo088's control.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

fubo088 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM100 will be credited bringing the balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM1,800, a bonus of RM888 will be credited bringing the balance to RM2,688 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• fubo088 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Other promotions issued from time to time are subject to their own specific terms which will be stated at the time the offer is made.

The fubo088 VIP Programme offers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.3% to 1.2% depending on the player's current tier. Tier advancement depends on the player's overall activity and loyalty.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Players are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the fubo088 platform:

• Fraud, game manipulation or any form of collusion with other players.
• Use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or channelling funds through the platform for purposes other than gambling.
• Distributing harmful, abusive or threatening content through the platform's communication channels.
• Exploiting system errors or technical bugs for personal gain.

Any breach of the above rules may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Privacy and Data Protection

fubo088 collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published separately on this site. Data collected is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, customer support and service improvement.

Account Closure and Suspension

Players who choose to self-exclude from the platform for gambling control purposes may do so by contacting customer support. A self-exclusion once activated cannot be reversed during the period requested by the player.

Limitation of Liability

fubo088 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as internet outages, technical failures by third-party service providers, or force majeure events.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While fubo088 makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, no guarantee is given regarding continuous availability free from technical issues.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

fubo088 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect players' rights, in which case reasonable notice will be given through the platform.

It is the player's responsibility to review the latest terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.
